Congratulations for taking the first step in becoming a champion for your child! Here’s where we start.
I will be evaluating 5 subject areas in Math, Spelling, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Writing. Each area will take about 10 minutes for a total of about 50 minutes. Make sure your child gets plenty of rest the night before.
This test is not grading performance but to identify the gaps. In so doing, I will also give you an idea of where your child ranks on a national average. We as parents tend to want our children to perform well. Remember to encourage them no matter the outcome.
They are fearfully and wonderfully made and have a unique ability according to God’s purpose for them! Our intent is to identify and fill the gaps so that they can be all that God intended for them to be with confidence!
Please use the form below to schedule your child’s evaluation. The evaluation may be done in person or online, depending on your location and availability. Due to the extent of the evaluation it would be best on a weekend to not interfere with school schedules and demands. Please choose a date and time with an alternate time and/or date in the notes for conflicting scheduling.
You will receive an email confirming the appointment and contact instructions with a follow-up call from me to answer any questions you may have before the evaluation. I look forward to assisting you in building your child’s confidence!
